ENERGIE FRUIT - Restarting a Vendor brand's advertising and making it profitable

Brand presentation
Energie Fruit is a hair care brand sold by Bloomup: hair care, deodorants and gift sets, listed as a Vendor on Amazon.fr. We took over its advertising account in March 2025.
The problem
In the second half of 2024, before we arrived, €1 of advertising brought in €2.45 of sales. By early 2025, advertising had stopped.
Goal: restart advertising and make it profitable, without making the brand dependent on it.
What we put in place
- Profitability first. A TACOS ceiling (the share of revenue spent on advertising) was set from day one and held during peak periods. In November 2025, we did not spend the whole Black Friday budget: beyond that point, profitability would have dropped.
- Follow the traffic, not the calendar. December 2025 drew more beauty shoppers than November, so the budget followed.
- Build the brand, not just the listing. The Brand Store is promoted every month.
- Decisions backed by numbers, and checked. Every month, choices made product by product, then compared the next month with the budget actually spent. When something does not pay off, we tell the client.
The results
Second half of 2025 versus the second half of 2024, before we arrived (Amazon.fr):
- Total revenue: €418,717 versus €278,206 (+51%)
- Advertising revenue: €153,509 versus €41,456 (×3.7)
- ROAS: 6.01 versus 2.45
11 comparable months out of 11 up on the same month a year earlier, from August 2025 to September 2026 (January, April and May 2026 cannot be compared: the 2025 month has no complete revenue figure).
November 2025, Black Friday, versus November 2024: 9% less advertising budget (€4,513 versus €4,951), ROAS of 5.74 versus 2.10 and total revenue of €63,581 versus €35,247 (+80%).
