Our FAQ
Your Amazon ad with SkyVision
1. What is SkyVision?
We are an Amazon Ads agency working exclusively on Amazon advertising: Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, Video (AMC), TV, DSP. We run your campaigns end to end, with founder-level oversight, dashboards and in-house technology.
2. Which Amazon marketplaces do you work on?
All of them: the US, Europe (Germany, France, Spain…), Asia and more. Your campaigns run through our data software, so language is not an obstacle: the data is worked at the source.
3. Which ad types do you manage?
All Amazon Ads formats:
- Sponsored Products: boosting targeted products
- Sponsored Brands: branding with your logo and several products
- Sponsored Display: retargeting
- Publisher/AMC and Sponsored TV
Amazon DSP: advanced programmatic
4. What does your service include?
- Campaign creation, management and optimisation (bids, budgets, keywords)
- Custom automation software included (built in-house)
- Monthly reporting comparing each month with the previous one, plus recommendations
- Monthly call with the founders (Erwan and Quentin)
- Access to a client dashboard of KPIs (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS…) with advanced filters
- Email replies in under 6 hours
5. How does your automation work?
Every day, our in-house software adjusts the budgets and bids of each account. It is paired with direct human oversight by the founders: strategy plus AI means efficiency plus finesse.
6. How long before results show?
The first effects show within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the market and the products. Structural optimisations (titles, creative, visuals) take effect over several monthly cycles.
7. What budget do I need?
It depends on your goals:
- Sponsored campaigns: €10–20 a day minimum;
- DSP and video: a higher budget, depending on the reach you target. We help you structure your budget to maximise ROI.
8. How do you measure performance?
Through our dashboards and monthly reporting:
- ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales)
- TACoS (Total ACoS),
- CTR, CPC, impressions, placements, conversions… A month-on-month analysis plus recommendations so we stay proactive.
9. What sets SkyVision apart from other agencies?
- Founders managing your account directly.
- Proprietary tech for automation.
- Tailored from A to Z.
- Transparent reporting and clear monthly communication.
- Exclusive, up-to-date Amazon Ads expertise.
- Responsiveness: exchanges by email or WhatsApp, replies within a few hours.
10. Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Businesses of every size are welcome: SMEs, emerging brands and large accounts, with budgets that evolve with your needs and stage of growth.
That said, we only work with brands generating at least €150,000 a year in revenue on Amazon.
11. Do you offer audits or training?
We offer:
- A free initial audit of your advertising accounts
- Strategic consulting and training tailored to your needs.
- Custom workshops by call or meeting.
12. Can I bring Amazon Ads in-house after working with you?
Yes. We can offer dedicated training so your team becomes autonomous on Amazon Ads.
13. What is your linguistic expertise?
We analyze “raw” data via our tech, which neutralizes the language barrier. We manage campaigns on non-French-speaking marketplaces (e.g. Amazon.de) with the same performance.
14. What is the duration of the contractual commitment?
We generally recommend a three-month trial period, long enough for us to show you what we can do on Amazon. After that, renewals run three months at a time with no long commitment, so you keep the freedom to stop whenever it stops being worth it.
15. How do I get started with SkyVision?
- Request a free audit through the site.
- Discovery call (targets, products, markets).
- Audit and analysis.
- Setup and onboarding.
- Tailored follow-up, with a monthly call and report.
16. Which targeting should you choose: automatic, broad, phrase or exact?
Amazon offers four match types, and they are not used at the same moment:
- Automatic: Amazon picks the search queries. Useful when an account opens, to find out what your products actually show up for.
- Broad: your ad shows on searches close to the keyword, in any order. Wide reach, low precision.
- Phrase: the search must contain your keyword in that order. A balance between volume and relevance.
- Exact: only the exact query. This is where profitability is managed.
The sequence that works: open in automatic to collect the real search terms, then move the winners to exact and exclude the rest. A mature account keeps both running, with automatic acting as a continuous feed.
17. Should you keep advertising on Amazon when out of stock?
No, for two reasons:
- you pay for clicks that cannot convert;
- an unavailable listing damages its conversion history, which weighs on its organic ranking once stock is back.
Best practice: pause the product’s campaigns as soon as stock becomes critical, not once it has run out. When stock returns, restart gradually rather than all at once. On a large catalogue, this monitoring happens at ASIN level, not campaign level.
