5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The texts, images, graphics, logos, videos and other elements of the website are owned by SkyVision or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, in whole or in part, without SkyVision's prior written consent is prohibited and constitutes infringement under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Trademarks mentioned, including Amazon, belong to their respective owners.

SkyVision cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the website, including unavailability, bugs or incompatibility, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from this website.
7. PERSONAL DATA

Data collected: information entered in the website's forms (contact, meeting booking, resource downloads), such as first name, last name, email, phone number, company and message, as well as browsing data.
Purposes and legal bases: answering your requests and arranging meetings (pre-contractual steps taken at your request); sending you information about our services (legitimate interest, or consent where required by law); measuring website traffic (consent).
Recipients: SkyVision and its technical providers (hosting, meeting booking, customer relationship management), within the limits of their tasks. No data is sold. Some providers are located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States; these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
Retention: three (3) years from the last contact for prospects; for clients, the term of the contract plus applicable statutory limitation periods.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to give instructions on the handling of your data after your death.
