JAPANNEXT - Growing 4 European markets at once on Amazon

Brand presentation
JAPANNEXT sells PC monitors on Amazon (office, gaming, 4K, 5K and 6K) in 4 countries: France, Germany, Italy and Spain, through a seller account. We took over its advertising account in October 2025.
The problem
Before we arrived, advertising brought traffic but turned little of it into orders, especially in Italy, the weakest market on the account.
Goal: grow all 4 markets at the same time, with a ROAS target set from the start.
What we put in place
- Fewer keywords, kept active all day. From November 2025, targeting was narrowed to the searches that sell, held all day rather than in bursts.
- Country by country. Each market has its own ROAS and TACOS targets. Germany is not run like France, and Italy, the weakest at the start, received the most budget.
- Cut what does not convert. The portable monitor range, launched in the spring, was not converting: its campaigns were stopped and the budget moved back to the best sellers.
- Clear targets, tracked every month. Every report sets next month's targets per market, and the next one says whether they were met.
The results
November 2025 to June 2026, versus the same 8 months a year earlier, before we arrived (4 markets combined):
- Total revenue: €1,274,605 versus €774,902 (+64%)
- ROAS: 9.77 versus 7.95, with a 70% higher advertising budget
- 8 months out of 8 up on the same month a year earlier
The period ends in June 2026: since the summer, part of the catalogue has been moving from the seller account to an Amazon Vendor account, so the following months no longer compare like for like. We run the advertising on both sides.
