
LA MARIOLE - From zero campaigns to a profitable presence: the Amazon bet of an ambitious brand

La Mariole is a French brand specialized in sports and leisure products. Present on Amazon for 2 years, she sells her products mainly in France and Belgium.
The problem
Before our collaboration, the brand wanted to accelerate its growth on Amazon, without however having a specific numerical objective. Its marketing budget is mainly focused on Meta and Google.
The advertising presence on Amazon was non-existent, no campaign was in place: we had to Starting from scratch.
What we put in place
We built and deployed a comprehensive Amazon Ads strategy, structured around three main objectives:
- Awareness : increased visibility via Sponsored Display and Brand
- Consideration : capturing intent through relevant targeting on related searches
- Conversion : High-performing Sponsored Products, focused on best sellers
Segmentation was designed to ensure a Fine steering between investments, performances and sustainable growth, while anticipating stockouts.
The results
In less than 12 months, despite several breakthroughs, the brand exploded in performance:
- 321,260€ in turnover
- Average ROAS: 10.04
- Record ROAS: 17.7 in December 2024
This success shows that a well-thought-out strategy, even starting from scratch, can generate a quick and sustainable return on investment.
